Tiny Pines is a 400 square foot tiny home with a large cozy covered porch, a kitchen stocked with full size appliances, utensils, cookware, dishware, and coffee maker and full size washer and dryer. Cozy up in the private bedroom with a snug queen bed and spacious loft upstairs with two single beds (that can easily be moved to make one big bed). *NOTE: The loft is best suited for kids, as the the loft is under 4 feet in ceiling height. The stairs inside the home leading to the loft are narrow and a bit steep. Relax on the front porch, picnic area, and gather around the firepit. Warm up to cozy baseboard heating or watch the Roku TV. Essentials including quality linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryer are provided for guest convenience. A "tiny house" comes with a smaller sized water heater, so we suggest you space out your showers. Tiny Pines is located in the heart of Lakeside, Oregon - in a quiet residential neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by friendly, small town neighbors. All new rock base for parking area and grounds. It is situated within walking distance to town and a few minutes to the boat launch, fishing, marina and recreation of Tenmile Lake, the Dunes and minutes from the ocean. Conveniently located 11 miles to Lower Umpqua Hospital, 15 miles to VA North Bend Community-Based Outpatient Clinic, 16 miles to Bay Area Hospital, 35 miles to Coquille Valley Hospital, 33 miles to Peace Harbor Hospital, 41 miles to Southern Coos Hospital. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen featuring all dishware and dining utensils, cookware, coffee maker, kettles, pans, toaster, mixing bowls, and serving dishes. Full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and full size washer/dryer in home. Quality linens and towels provided with tons of closet space. TV Streaming is available using the included 50 inch Roku TV "guest account" to access your own accounts like Netflix and Hulu. Enjoy your favorite morning beverage on the large peaceful covered deck, then fire up your ATV and head out to the dunes. Riding ATVs directly from our property to the designated paved ATV route and dunes is allowed! Lakeside is the only city on the Oregon Coast with city-wide dune access. You can ride to Lakeside's restaurants, marina and grocery store along the approved ATV Route (map is shown in our listing photos). Lakeside Layover is 2.5 miles on pavement from Spinreel Dune Access. Bring your own boat, kayaks, RV, ATV's SXS and UTV's - his home offers plenty of yard space and parking for all your toys and fun. Have fun on the lake with kayak or boat rentals, with 42 miles of shoreline, encompassing 3,000 surface acres of fishing and water sport fun. Winchester Bay is located 7.5 miles north of the home where you're sure to find a deep sea fishing charter! Eel Lake, the Bay and Tugman Lake are nearby. This house is perfectly located with fun in every direction and close to bigger cities such as Coos Bay/North Bend just 14 miles south and Reedsport, Winchester Bay and Florence to the north. Yes, you can have it all, to enjoy the Oregon Coast and all the outdoor fun it has to offer! Pets are not allowed. A "starter pack" of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and laundry detergent is provided. A Ring camera and solar security lighting are included to ensure security in this wonderfully safe neighborhood. This property is available for temporary short-term leases for up to 90 days at a time. Additional dates and terms are negotiable. A lease and background check is required in compliance with Oregon Tenant Law. *Copy of hospital contract may be accepted in lieu of background/credit check. Process begins with a phone conversation to ensure a good fit. Anyone who is 18 years of age or older living in the home must submit an application. Background, criminal, credit, eviction and rental checks performed, unless a hospital contract is provided. Application fee is $45, paid by applicant(s) directly to online tenant screening service. No co-signers accepted. Credit score of 630 or higher for one applicant, greater than 600 for all applicants. Requires 2.5 times the monthly rent in documentable income (such as W-2, tax return, pay stubs, bank statements). No felonies, evictions or bankruptcies accepted for any applicant. Proof of Renters Insurance and signed rental agreement lease (for up to 90 days at a time) required. Application processing is at least 3 business days. Applications are not first come first serve; the most qualified applicant will be chosen. All tenants must provide proof of current renters insurance (minimum $100,00 liability) prior to their move-in and receipt of keys. Proof of a current renters Insurance policy shall have the following coverages: Liability at least $100,000, Medical $5,000, Back-up of water/sewer and drain $5,000, Mold or fungi coverage $5000 if possible. Owners must be be added as an additional interest on the policy.
