For units that permit pets, cats and dogs are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There are breed restrictions, and a maximum of two pets are allowed. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and any violation will result in police being called and removal from the property without refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Guests need to print their parking pass. Guests must be 23 years old and above. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
