This apartment does not accept local bookings, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Guest verification is required, which may include providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming contact information, providing a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, passing through a verification portal, and in some instances, completing a criminal background check. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement. You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold. There is a 2-pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are allowed. Breed restrictions apply, including Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will be imposed. Noise monitors are installed in the apartment (they do not record sounds or conversations, only measure noise levels in decibels); tampering with them will incur a fee. Security cameras are present in the hallways for security. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am every day; noise complaints or violations may result in booking cancellation and removal from the property without refund. A strict no-party policy is enforced; no parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Cameras above the door and noise detectors are in the house, and any party will result in police involvement and removal from the property without refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building; any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine. The parking pass needs to be printed, and the property does not assume responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with parking guidelines. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys incur a $500 fee. Early check-in or check-out may be accommodated for a fee of $25 per hour, subject to a 24-hour advance request; otherwise, a $500 late check-out fee will be charged. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Regular pest control is conducted, but due to seasonal changes and hot summer heat, occasional small bugs like ants may be noticed.
