Seeking females undergrad students, graduate students or recent working graduates. The furnished bedroom available is $1350+utilities. Bathroom is shared with one other. Utilities include fast wifi, water, electric, and trash and cost about 100 each month. (There are solar panels and no gas bill which brings down these costs). The unit comes with a washer/dryer, air conditioning, bike lockers, and access to a pool and hot tub. It's also located near Laguna park, Sprouts and Ralph's. The SLO Ranch coffee and dining area is also a short walk from the condo. The unit comes with one shared spot and guest spots which we share. The bedroom is already furnished with a desk and a bed. The kitchen and living room is also furnished with a couch, tv, dining table, and bar seats for the kitchen counter. No pets sorry! More about current tenants Taylor: I am a senior, architecture major at poly and play for the club soccer team as well. Although busy I also like spending time out with friends, going to the beach, and exercising- but also need my time at home as well. I always clean up after myself and try to keep common spaces neat.
