The renter is responsible for gas, electricity, and snow removal. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property and notifying the landlord of repair issues promptly. First month's rent and security deposit due at signing. No smoking or vaping allowed inside the house. A cigarette butt cleanup fee will be charged to deposit on move-out if needed. Up to three pets total allowed. Pet deposit is non-refundable. No subletting without landlord approval. Condition photos and an inventory list will be taken before move-in and upon move-out.
