Rental History: No evictions in the last 5 years. 2+ years of solid rental history with positive references. Criminal Background: No violent, property, or serious drug offenses within the past 7 years. ID Requirements: Government-issued photo ID and SSN or ITIN. All adults 18+ must apply. Occupancy: 2 persons per bedroom. Fees & Deposit: Non-refundable application fee per adult. Security deposit typically one month's rent. Pet Policy: Case-by-case approval.
