Pets are negotiable. We would like to take a refundable pet deposit after a recent tenant had to replace the couch. We are open to month-to-month but prefer longer term renters. Utilities can be split ( of total meter) or flat rated to make the bigger spikes in the winter and summer on water and energy bearable. Internet is included in the base rent and the tenant will have their own virtual network. This unit has a private entrance and side gate. We use smart locks that have physical keys. The property has redundant security camera systems.

This can be fully furnished and has a private entrance!… The space is nearly 900 square feet with tons of great natural light in 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, in unit laundry, a walk in closet, and built in book cases! It has a large bathroom with a really amazing shower. Pet friendly! We are happy to support our tenants into home ownership and all leases have a clause to make it easier to vacate if you buy a home! No drugs or 420 please. There is a shared HVAC and we have sensitivities. One major perk is that we are community builders. We host a holiday party, pride events, an annual crawfish boil and crab boil, ski waxing/movie parties, and a regular waffle party. You are invited! We could even offer electric charging for cost. $2100 + utilities for the whole furnished apartment, month-to-month. $1800 +utilities unfurnished with 12mo lease. We are happy to flatrate the utilities and include those in the rent. $150/mo for 1 person. $50/additional person/month No big management company. We live onsite and are quick to take care of issues. No crazy move in fees. No fake "free months" of rent. I can provide previous tenants who will tell you how great it is! Fast access to US6 and usually faster to the Dino lots than most parts of the Highlands (my friends and I have timed it often). Multiple bus lines within a couple minutes walk.
