Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted at the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but outdoor smoking is permitted; please ensure cigarette butts are disposed of properly. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the property and driveway for safety purposes only. Landscaping and maintenance teams may access the backyard once or twice per week through the side gate to maintain the outdoor areas. The pool technician may also access the backyard through the side gate during your stay. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM maximum. Garbage is picked up on specific days, and guests will be informed the night before to leave trash out from 7 PM onwards. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of house rules could result in the loss of part or all of the security deposit and/or non-refundable cancellation of the reservation.
