I do not set appointments via Zillow messenger. The rental application process is as follows: Complete the application, credit and background check through Zillow. Complete the landlord's rental application. Provide valid driver's license. Provide current payroll stub and/or proof of income. Annual gross income must be no less than $80,000. Credit score must be no less than 650. You must provide the telephone number for each landlord for each address you resided in for the last five (5) years. Eviction history will be checked. Criminal background history will be checked. Hide a Way Lake subdivision administration will also review the renter's application. Any adverse information may be the basis for rejection of an application at owner's sole discretion. All of the above information must be provided for anyone over the age of 18 that will reside in the residence. The lease term is one year with the first and last month's rent due upon execution of the lease. The damage deposit is $1,685 and must be paid in full before move in. Some pets are allowed with restrictions. All approved pets must be spayed and neutered. (documented proof must be provided). A pet deposit is required. Pets cannot be left outside at night, tied or chained up on the property.
