The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, a 50-inch smart TV, dresser with mirror, bedside lamps, an overhead fan, and a large closet with ample storage space. The second bathroom, with a bathtub, is located next to the second bedroom. A travel cot and a pack 'n play with a highchair are available for use in either bedroom. The living room features a large comfortable sofa with a chaise, which also serves as a queen-size sofa bed, a 65-inch smart TV, and board games. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, cookware, dishes, plastic crockery for outdoor use, kids' sets, utensils, a Keurig coffee machine, and a kettle. A dedicated work desk with USB sockets is available for charging devices. The interior dining area next to the kitchen has a 6-person dining table. The home also includes a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
The backyard boasts a free heated pool (88F) and a hot tub (104F), a gas BBQ grill, and a covered patio with a 6-person dining table for al fresco dining. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, and a cooler are available for beach trips. Free parking is available at the house for up to 2 cars.
This home is centrally located to the best amenities in the area, with a 15-minute drive to Juno Beach and Ocean Reef Park beach, a 10-minute drive to the PGA National Golf resort, and a 15-20 minute drive to numerous other golf courses. The Gardens Mall is a 5-minute drive away, while City Place and Palm Beach Outlets are a 15-minute drive. Palm Beach International Airport is also a 15-minute drive. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am every day. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed. No smoking inside the house. A maximum of two cars are allowed to park in the driveway. All persons using the pool and hot tub do so at their own risk. Children should not use the pool or hot tub without adult supervision. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill and kitchen oven after each use and before check-out. If the grill or oven is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the deposit. Upon booking, a photo copy of the lead guest's driver's license, matching the credit card used to book, is required. Guests must be 27 years or older to book.
