Minimum/maximum rental period will be discussed based on your requested dates and availability. The property will be available after August 24th. Rent & Fees Monthly rent: $3500_____ Security deposit: $3500 Cleaning fee: $250 If there is more than one occupant, the monthly rent may be adjusted slightly. Utilities Utilities are [water included/power, gas, cable not included] in the monthly rent. WiFi and utilities are included, making your stay even easier and more comfortable. Security features include Ring cameras, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors for added peace of mind. This is a no-smoking, no-pets, no-shoes-inside home. Please note there is no private entrance and water bill included only. If you are looking for a calm area with friendly neighbors, little noise, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is a great place to call home.
