Although there is a no smoking policy inside the house. There is a large back yard and front porch that can be used. Everyone needs to be mindful of the others in the house as it is a shared building and cleaning up after one's self is a must. The lease is for one year, however, a shorter term may be considered and will be rendered on a per case basis. Security Deposit will be $1,000. Renter Insurance is not provided. No pets are allowed.

This is one of three 2nd floor rooms in this 7 room rooming house. It is the largest room in the house with over 250 square feet of space.… The house offers 3 shared full bathrooms and 1 wash closet. It has a shared common area and a full kitchen (dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice/water feature, stove, microwave and granite counter tops) on the 1st floor and a full sized washer/dryer on the 2nd floor. This room also has its own 10.1 cubic foot refrigerator, a ceiling fan and is fully furnished with the exception of a mattress for the queen bed (box spring is included). All utilities are included - heat, electric, hot/cold water and high speed internet with cable. Telephone service is the only utility not included. Although there is house keeping (at least a couple times a month) for the common areas of the building - all Tenant's need to do their part in cleaning up after themselves and leaving all areas clean for the next person - if not there will be an extra charge. In addition, to the utilities and house keeping there is constant care for the lawn, trash and snow removal.
