Collections, outside of rental related collections, totaling $250 or more may be grounds for denial. Previous tenant screening reports not allowed. Occupancy: Occupancy strictly limited to approved tenants listed on lease. No more than 3 unrelated tenants, limited to a family of no more than 5. ABSOLUTELY no subleasing and/or separate renting of the downstairs unit. This property is rented in its entirety. Smoking Policy: No smoking inside the property Rent Increases & Notices: Any rent increase will follow Seattle regulations.
