Lease terms

This property is offered with a one year lease term but other terms may be considered on a case by case basis. All utilities and trash pick up are through the City of Covington and are the responsibility of the tenant. Pets will only be considered on a case by case basis. Refrigerator is not provided. Must be willing to obtain renters insurance. First months rent and deposit are due at move in. If move in occurs after the first of the month, the second month will be pro rated. If you are pre approved, anyone 18 or older must be willing to complete the entire screening process to include credit check, income verification, rental history and criminal history and pay applicable fees to the screening service.
