Tenant shall be responsible for 20% of the property's utilities (water/sewer), which, after being posted to Tenant's web portal balance by Agent, shall be paid with the upcoming month's rent payment. Tenants will need to put electric and gas in their own name. Owner provides trash. Tenant is liable for cable/internet and any other utilities they desire for the property.
