Lease terms

-No smoking/drugs on premises. -Cats/small dogs (max 2) are allowed with owner approval and additional $25/month pet rent (per pet). Pets will have additional $400.00 deposit. Please note: there is NO fenced yard and exterior grounds are SHARED space. -Garage space for ONE car is included in rent, along with utility space for storage. There is also off-street parking. -Washer and dryer HOOK-UPS are located in the utility space. -Owner pays for basic Garbage/Recycling and Landscaping. -Tenant pays for water/sewer, electricity (based on square footage calculation) and internet. -12 month Lease with $1500.00 security deposit. -Each Tenant must have Renter's Insurance; $100k liability policy required. -This is NOT an Accessible Dwelling Unit. -Nonrefundable Application Fee of $42.00 to be paid by each financially responsible adult over the age of 18. Application is NOT considered complete until receipt of screening charge per financially responsible person over 18 years old as well as NO missing info on the application. -There is a mandatory 72 hour waiting period before accepting applications.
