No smoking/drugs. No subletting. Owner pays for Yard Maintenance and Basic Garbage/Recycling. Tenant will be responsible for all other utilities (gas, water, internet/cable, electric). Electrical usage is billed back to tenant and determined on square footage basis with Unit B. Small dogs/cats ok with additional $400 deposit and $25/pet rent each month (per pet). Maximum 2.
