Minimum Qualifications: Gross monthly household income of at least 3 times the monthly rent Minimum credit score of 680 No prior evictions No unpaid landlord collections Positive rental history and verifiable employment/income Move-In Condition: Tenant acknowledges the property will be professionally cleaned prior to occupancy and agrees to return it in substantially the same condition, excluding ordinary wear and tear. Compliance with Law: Tenant agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and HOA rules and regulations.
