The community is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and golf courses. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 34 miles away. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 6 AM. This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Guests arriving before 4 PM without approval may be charged $75.00 per hour. A non-arranged late check-out fee of $75 will be charged if guests fail to depart by 10:00 AM. Failure to comply with any terms may result in eviction without compensation or refund.
