Our 55 one- and two-bedroom units feature a variety of floor plans and are located within a contiguous three-block area on the 900 blocks of Jefferson and Church Streets, and on the 800 block of S. Alfred St. in the southern part of Old Town Alexandria. This area is characterized by intermingled townhouses and small garden-style apartment buildings, offering a unique living environment.
Our community provides excellent off-street and on-street parking for residents and their guests. We are conveniently located just two blocks from a variety of restaurants, including Southside 815, Frankie's Kitchen & Cocktail Bar, and District Taco, as well as two coffee shops.
