One of the best features of this unit is the covered outside sitting area by the front door. There are unfortunately no washer and dryer hook ups for this apartment, but there are plenty of full service and self-serve laundry stores nearby. The building has great tenants, is peaceful and drama free. That is the way it must stay. There is allocated parking for one vehicle right outside the door. The building and premises is non-smoking. The heat is provided by a modern hot water baseboard heating system. The gas bill for heat, cooking and hot water runs around $1000-1200 per annum. Belvedere Realty is a full-time professional property management company with professional full time maintenance staff.
