This lovely two-story home offers five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, providing a comfortable and convenient stay. Enjoy the convenience of a free golf cart for easy beach access, and two community pools for relaxation.
The inviting front porch leads to a fun entry space featuring a pool table and bistro table, flowing into a formal dining area with seating for 8. The open living room offers a comfortable gathering space with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, accent chair, and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and small appliances like a crockpot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, griddle, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. A second refrigerator is located in the garage. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar (seats 4) or kitchen nook (seats 4). A half bathroom is conveniently located between the kitchen and living room. All bedrooms are located on the second floor: Bedroom 1 features a king bed and access to a Jack & Jill bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, built-in single bunks (not suitable for adults), a kitchenette with a sink and mini fridge, and a private balcony. Bedroom 3 offers a king bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a private balcony. Bedroom 4 contains two twin-over-twin bunk beds with twin trundles (sleeps up to 6) and shares a hallway full bathroom with Bedroom 5, which has a queen bed.
A free six-passenger golf cart is included for effortless trips to the beach or nearby attractions, and parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Guests can bring up to 2 house-trained dogs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog, which must be approved in advance. ADA-registered service animals are exempt from the pet fee. A pack & play, high chair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware are available for children.
Nestled between Highway 98 and Scenic Hwy 98, this home offers easy access to everything Destin and Miramar Beach have to offer. You're perfectly situated near a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, with Destin Commons just 3 miles away and Silver Sands Premium Outlets only 2.5 miles from the home. Enjoy a short walk (less than half a mile) to the gated beach access exclusive to the community, and several public beach access points are also nearby and easily reachable by golf cart.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed on the property. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. Luggage cannot be left at the property before check-in or after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. Guests must be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage to operate the golf cart. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Do not rearrange furniture. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for pickup. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Any belongings left will be charged a minimum fee of $25 plus shipping costs if the guest requests item(s) to be returned. A $50 fee may apply for excess pet cleanup. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is required per dog before check-in. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. The golf cart requires drivers to fill out a waiver prior to arrival.
