The apartment includes a large kitchen space and dining room/living room area separated by an open doorway, as well as a bedroom and bathroom. There is a large backyard with a garden and picnic table for enjoying in good weather.
We have loved living in this area, especially during the summers and are conveniently located between Union, Davis and Porter Square (10 minute walk to the red line or green line). Short walk to the Somerville Community Path and our favorite neighborhood cafe, Three Little Figs.
Free basement laundry designated for this apartment only, 1 parking spot available in driveway. No central air but breezy in the summer with overhead fans in the living room and bedroom. No pets.
