This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully furnished single family home is just steps to amazing hiking and mountain biking trails. It is walking distance to everything Schweitzer has to offer. Downstairs is a bedroom with king bed. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a king bed and an additional bunk room with a twin over queen and a loft able to sleep 2-3. There is also an updated bathroom with tile shower upstairs. Washer and dryer and nice size pantry. A brand new hot tub to soak tired and sore muscles. The rental is provided fully furnished and move-in ready - a stocked kitchen, top of the line linens and towels, and everything you will need to get settled in immediately. The rental is available for monthly rate in April/May/June/July - additional days subject to availability and seasonal pricing. Utilities including water, gas, electricity and internet will be paid by owner and billed to the tenant.
