PET POLICY: Owner will consider dogs up to 20 pounds on a case by case basis: $500 refundable pet deposit $250 non-refundable pet fee APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS: Qualified applicants must: Supply current verifiable income Complete an application if over the age of 18 Qualify on their own - co-signers will not be considered NOTES/DISCLAIMERS: Property is furnished 30 day minimum lease agreement as per the HOA. Property is located within a HOA - please review CC&Rs before applying and be mindful of parking restrictions for both tenant and guest; over-sized vehicle/diesel truck restrictions; no commercial vehicles to be parked at the home; home based business restrictions; etc. Any questions about HOA requirements or restrictions should be asked prior to completing an application.
