RENT PRICE IS ALL INCLUSIVE (ELECTRICITY, WATER, ETC) Premises and Amenities The leased premises consists of a newly completed, 600 square foot detached accessory dwelling unit. The unit features a clean, efficient layout, dedicated attic storage, a fully equipped chef's kitchen, and its own in unit laundry. Rent and Fees The monthly rent is 2950 dollars. This rent is all inclusive, covering all utilities and standard amenities. The first month rent and a full security deposit are due at the time of lease signing. Owner and Tenant Responsibilities The owner is responsible for exterior maintenance, including snow plowing, professional lawn care, and trash removal. The unit is equipped with a dedicated security system connected through the main unit. The tenant has no exterior maintenance or landscaping responsibilities. The tenant is responsible for keeping the interior of the unit clean, safe, and well maintained. To protect the plumbing systems, the tenant must not flush any improper items down the toilet or drains. No renovations, alterations, or modifications are permitted on the property without prior written consent from the owner. Property Policies and Privacy This is a strictly non smoking property. Dedicated off street parking is included. Pets may be considered on a case by case basis only with prior approval. To respect the privacy of the property, the tenant and their guests must not enter the main residence space located behind the leased unit.
