The house has one full bathroom and a large eat in kitchen which will serve as the common area. There is also a laundry room in the back which you will have access to. You will be provided one off street parking space. I run background and credit checks that together costs 43$. You will need first month's rent as well as a refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent up front. Right now I am ideally looking for a year lease but we can talk about it.
