Recently refinished hardwood flooring runs throughout main living areas, and the home features tile in the kitchen and bath. Kitchen has been recently updated with recessed lighting and includes two refrigerators for ample storage. Shared common areas include a large eat-in kitchen, living room, and laundry room, which you have full access to. Off-street parking (1 space) provided on newly paved asphalt driveway. Rent is $750/month with utilities (water, electric, trash) included. Background and credit check required ($47). First month's rent and one-month refundable security deposit required. I can allow animals on a case by case basis for an additional charge. I can also provide additional off street parking and item storage which would each entail their own respective costs, if these accommodations are needed.
