It is a beautiful house with a well-taken care of garden which delights with blooms in all seasons. The neighborhood is unique and it feels like a country in the city. It is very quiet and green, with very little local traffic. However, one can walk to all amenities, and to various public transportation - buses and subway. The apartment is a Philadelphia style, i.e. it has two levels, so one of the bedrooms is on the second floor. Hardwood floors, a lot of windows in all rooms, tall ceilings, closet by the entrance and in all bedrooms, both bathrooms have showers and tubs, kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. There is a rear covered porch which can be shared with the owner for the organized storage. The house is owner occupied, I live in the other unit
