Security Deposit and first months rent are due at lease signing ($2900). All adult occupants are required to go through a background and credit check. Dogs and cats are welcome, but no fish, tanks, or aquariums. Back door has a dog door already built in. All pets have a $200 non-refundable pet deposit, pet rent is $25 per pet, per month. Lease is 1 year, and a security deposit may not be used to cover the final month's rent. Tenant is responsible for all utilities; water, sewer, and trash with the Board of Public Utilities, electric and gas with Black Hills Energy. Tenant is also responsible for lawn care -- a lawn mower and hose will be provided.
