Lease terms

Craftsman 2 bed 1 bath home with half basement with exterior access. Renter pays all utilities. This house and the house in the backyard (separate tenants) have the water/sewer/garbage split between the two houses. This can range from $250 to $300 per house every two months depending on water usage. Security deposit (fully refundable given house is returned in original condition) of $1500 secures the house. First month payment is due on move in. Pets are on a case by case basis. No smoking/vaping shall be done in the house. Renters need to have a credit score of at least 650 to be considered. I do applications through Washington Landlord Association (contact me for an application); please don't submit application via Zillow. Landlord will provide application and will only run applications after meeting the potential tenant. Application fee of $45 or less will be returned if the potential tenant is not evaluated. Applicants are prioritized by the time stamp on their first contact to the landlord regarding the unit. Tenant(s) should have 24 months valid, verifiable favorable rental history. - Valid rental history is a written lease or month-to-month agreement. - Any history of eviction proceedings may result in denial. - NSF checks and/or noise complaints within 24 months may result in denial.
