If electricity exceeds a reasonable baseline for all power including heating and cooling tenants will be responsible for the additional costs. Tenant will be responsible for own garbage and recycling removal which is required. For additional charge landlord can provide garbage removal services. Pets are conditional on the pet as well as other conditions including keeping yards clean of waste. House is partially furnished but furnishings can also be removed if needed. Subject to background checks and references are required.
