Fully Furnished rental with a 30 day minimum. - Owner pays for all utilities including internet. Landscaping also included. - No smoking or vaping inside the house. All smoking or vaping must be done outdoors/on the porch. Please clean up and dispose of cigarettes. If smoking occurs in the house there will be an additional $500 dollar cleaning fee. - Tampering with, disabling, or inhibiting use of the security cameras and/or internet equipment at the property will lead to a $500 fee and possible termination of your stay with no refunds given. - Background and credit checkcheck will be processed for the primary applicants.
