Please follow any posted house rules and guidelines. Report any maintenance issues as soon as possible. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours so everyone can rest comfortably. This includes both inside the home and outside in the yard. We want this to be a comfortable and respectful place for everyone staying here. Guests are allowed with prior approval from the landlord/management. No overnight guests are permitted. If approved guests may not stay longer than 5 days within any 90-day period. Additional fees may apply for extended or repeated guest visits. All guests must follow house rules while on the property. The kitchen is a shared space for all tenants. Please clean up after each use, including washing dishes and wiping down counters and appliances. Labeling and storing personal food items is required to avoid confusion. Do not leave food unattended or stored long-term in common areas. Respect others space and use kitchen items responsibly. Garbage should be taken to the street on Thursday morning for pickup and the bins should be brought back from the street on Thursday evening after collection. Please ensure lids are fully closed and bins are not overfilled. Keep the area around the bins clean and organized at all times. Tenants are responsible for properly sorting and disposing of garbage and recycling. Please use the provided bins for trash, recycling, and any compost. Parking is available in the driveway when the garage is not rented. Street parking in front of the house is also allowed and is generally easy to find since the street is not busy. Please avoid blocking driveways, mailboxes, or neighboring properties. If the garage is rented separately, the driveway may be reserved for that tenant only. The property is equipped with electronic door locks and tenants will be provided with instructions on how to use them at move-in. Please ensure the door is locked when entering and leaving the home. Do not share access codes with unauthorized individuals, and report any issues with the lock or system immediately. No smoking allowed at the property.
