Garbage should be taken to the street on Thursday morning for pickup and the bins should be brought back from the street on Thursday evening after collection. Please ensure lids are fully closed and bins are not overfilled. Keep the area around the bins clean and organized at all times. Tenants are responsible for properly sorting and disposing of garbage and recycling. Please use the provided bins for trash, recycling, and any compost. Parking is available in the driveway when the garage is not rented. Street parking in front of the house is also allowed and is generally easy to find since the street is not busy. Please avoid blocking driveways, mailboxes, or neighboring properties. If the garage is rented separately, the driveway may be reserved for that tenant only. The property is equipped with electronic door locks and tenants will be provided with instructions on how to use them at move-in. Please ensure the door is locked when entering and leaving the home. Do not share access codes with unauthorized individuals, and report any issues with the lock or system immediately. No smoking allowed at the property.
