The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 32 inch flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with double sinks and a full shower with seat. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a 32 inch flat screen TV and the third bedroom has two twin-size beds. The second bathroom with shower and tub is located in the entry way by these two bedrooms. A washer and dryer, hairdryers, iron and ironing board are also available. The sofa in the living room also converts to a queen-size to accommodate a maximum of eight people. The living area has two double french doors leading to the veranda, a 49 inch flat screen HDTV, DVD/VCR, games, and books. The dining area seats six. The kitchen is inviting and opens to the great room separated by a bar and two bar stools. It is well stocked with cooking utensils, serving dishes, silverware and and glassware. This non-smoking Condo is maintained and rented by the owners. We are very excited to offer you a nice, clean and relaxing environment to rent. $200.00 Departure cleaning fee.
