Lease terms and policies: - Minimum one year lease. - Tenants are responsible for all the utilities. - Tenants are responsible to maintain front and back yard. - Specious backyard, but no grass in the backyard. - NO smoking inside the house. - Renter Insurance is required before moving- Application/ Screening Criteria: - Zillow application will be accepted initially, but, Comprehensive application and screening will be required for final approval. - When inquiring, to get faster response, please include your profile ( number of occupants, title of job, credit score, and income). - Each occupant whose income contribute to qualify for this rental, needs to submit his/her "background check". Income/ Employment - Income must be 2.75 X the monthly income. Official documentation for proof of employment/ income will be required. Tax documents of the last 2 years, several months of pay stubs, or few months of bank statement will be required. Occupancy: - Every occupants must be listed in the application. All occupants ages 18+ must also sign the lease agreement. - No more than 4 person may occupy this property. - No subletting of this property. . Touring the house/ Moving-in Date: - This house will be ready for tour starting 07/14/26. - This house will be ready to move-in on :07/24/26- 07/31//26 -Touring inside the house will be with appointment, only. The applicants who have completed Zillow application and been cleared for " Background check" would be given priority for tour.
