Lease terms

Owner pays water; all other utilities are responsibility of tenant. Tenant must take out trash and shovel snow. We require a rental application with proof of income, previous landlord references, and a copy of your credit report. We may charge to obtain a copy of your credit report, or you can apply through Zillow. We are willing to consider small pets, but will require a pet deposit. We are conscientious and responsive landlords and expect tenants to be the same and to take great care of the property. The lease term is for one year and can be renewed. It is available August 1. We have some flexibility to start a lease before Aug 1. We will require a security deposit equal to one month of rent.

The house is three stories. Check out the floor plans in the photos for an idea of the lay out of the house! This kitchen is designed for those who love to cook! It includes stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, built-in over-range microwave with vent, refrigerator, dishwasher, insinkerator, under cabinet lighting, and over-counter knife holders/strips so that you can hang knives and utensils. The mailbox will also fit somewhat larger packages so you can order things online. This house is conveniently located in the heart of the historic Hollins Market/B&O Railroad neighborhood. It is within walking distance of the University of Maryland Biopark, UMMS, UM Law School, and other UM buildings, downtown, Hollins Market, Pigtown, the Stadium/Camden Yards, and the Inner Harbor. It provides convenient access to 95/295/695, the MARC train, light rail. It is close to the circulator, UM shuttle, and other buses (1, 10, 20, 35, orange). It is close to the PriceRite for groceries. We typically don't have a hard time finding parking on the street. The street is cute and quiet, and our neighbors are friendly.
