To help preserve the quality, comfort, and elevated feel of the property for every guest, please review and follow the house rules below throughout your stay. 1 Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only registered occupants approved on the reservation or lease may stay overnight unless approved in advance in writing. 2 No parties, events, or large gatherings. The home is intended for quiet residential use only. 3 No smoking or vaping inside the home. Please help us preserve the finishes, furnishings, and overall indoor environment. 4 No unauthorized pets. Pets are only permitted if specifically approved in writing before move-in. 5 Please treat the home, furnishings, and decor with care. This is a fully furnished, thoughtfully designed home with upscale finishes and brand-new appliances. 6 Use the kitchen responsibly for everyday living. Clean up regularly, avoid damage to countertops and cabinetry, and do not leave food or trash sitting out for extended periods. 7 All appliances are provided and are brand new. Please use them as intended and report any performance or maintenance concerns promptly. 8 Trash should be bagged and placed in the designated outdoor garbage bins. Please take trash out regularly and keep the home clean during your stay. 9 Parking is limited to the 2-car garage and driveway. Please do not park on the grass, sidewalks, or in front of neighboring homes unless clearly permitted. 10 The home uses smart locks, and the exterior is monitored. Do not tamper with, disable, or remove any smart lock or exterior security equipment. 11 No alterations to the home are permitted without written approval. This includes painting, mounting items to walls, changing locks, or moving major furniture out of the home. 12 Please report maintenance issues promptly. This includes appliance concerns, plumbing issues, HVAC concerns, leaks, or anything affecting the condition of the property. 13 Routine cleanliness is expected. Guests are expected to maintain the home in good condition throughout the stay and leave it in substantially the same condition as move-in, normal wear excepted. 14 Please respect neighbors and community standards. Quiet enjoyment and consideration for the surrounding neighborhood are expected at all times. 15 No subletting or unauthorized commercial use. The home is intended for residential occupancy only.
