Lease terms

Townhouse will be available September 1st. Inside photos are pictures of same townhouse in model home. All features of the townhouse that are seen in photos are the same as available townhouse. Townhouse is not furnished. $2000 for rent. No additional hidden fees such as property management fees or utility management fee. Tenants are responsible for all utilities except for the HOA which is covered by the Homeowner. The utilities shall all be in the Tenant's name except for the city utilities which have to be in the Owner's name. Tenant shall pay owner monthly for city utilities. Homeowner also provides all furnace filters for tenant for no additional charge. We require a credit score of 650, no evictions, income 3x the rent, and preferably with a past rental history. We are looking for clean, conscientious, and responsible tenants. We are looking for a 12 month minimum lease with options to renew the following year. We require a background and credit check prior to signing a lease. We have all potential tenants over 18 years old fill out a free rental screening prior to showing. No smoking or pets allowed.
