Lease terms

Lease Duration: We offer a standard 12-month lease term. We're also happy to welcome tenants who are interested in staying longer, and multi-year lease commitments are especially welcome. Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying for their own utilities. A security deposit is due upon signing the lease. Smoking Policy: To help keep the property clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone, this is a smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, and burning of any kind are not permitted inside the home, detached garage, or any covered porch or patio areas. Parking Policy: Residents can enjoy convenient and ample parking options, including use of the private detached garage and extended driveway. Please help keep these areas accessible and clear for everyone. Pet Policy: We're happy to consider pets on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as breed, age, and size. If approved, a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 will apply. We appreciate responsible pet ownership and want to make sure the home is a great fit for both you and your furry companions. Tenant Maintenance Responsibilities We take great pride in keeping this home clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we ask our residents to help us keep it that way. As outlined in the lease agreement, tenants are responsible for routine day-to-day upkeep, including: Lawn Care & Landscaping: Regularly mowing the lawn, removing weeds from garden beds, and raking leaves to help keep the property looking neat and well cared for. Seasonal Upkeep: Keeping sidewalks, walkways, and the driveway reasonably clear of leaves, debris, and other seasonal hazards. Promptly Reporting Issues: Letting the landlord know as soon as possible about any plumbing, electrical, structural, or other maintenance concerns so they can be addressed before they become larger problems.
