Beautiful house a few blocks from Safeway and Shoreline transit. PETS OK! We have 1 bedroom that is available now in a nice 6BR/3BA SFH.… 1.5 miles from Google and about 3/4 of a mile from 101/85, also near 237. Note: a 2nd bedroom was just vacated today after 3 1/2 years, and should be available on or about May 8. Also, Please NOTE, no really short-term rentals, sorry. Utilities are included! Bedroom #1 is a very long BR with space for a desk/office! It is about 120 sft, and is 16 ft 8 in x 7 ft. While this is on the narrow side for beds, it does allow for a desk or office adjacent to the bed, which is great. It has a portable closet. Room is normally $1330/mo but is being discounted to $1288/mo for someone signing a lease starting in April. Bedroom #2 is a little over 120 sft, with a clear space of exactly 10 ft x 11 ft, in addition to a standard sized built-in closet of 28 inches by 5 ft in size. It is listed for $1450/mo. For both BRs, you would share 2 full bathrooms with 4 other bedrooms. House is on a loop street so it is VERY quiet with virtually no thru-traffic! Just about the only people who need to enter the street are those living there. It's much like a cul-de-sac and kids play in the street on weekends, with no known crime in the house the past 5 years. The house is on a large internal corner lot at 6700 sft so there is more yard space for you and your pets to enjoy! Large areas of the back yard actually look like a park and are left in their natural state to be more animal-friendly. Remodeled kitchen with tiled floor, granite countertops and cabinets Newer stainless steel appliances. 2 Large beautiful white-tiled bathrooms! You would be sharing the kitchen, dining area, family room and bathrooms with 5 other bedrooms. There are tables, sofas, and other common facilities in the house, so in general it is semi-furnished, though we have nothing in the bedrooms that's furnished like bedframes or mattresses. Attached 2-car garage. Washer/dryer. No smoking or vaping indoors. All leases are month-to-month for flexibility in case the multi-person living situation doesn't work out, although tenants who hope to stay for close to a year or longer, if all else works out, or who know they'll be there at least 6 months, with a good possibility of extending their lease, are strongly preferred. There are 2 dogs in this house. More cats or dogs should be fine if they're well-behaved and clean get along with the dogs that are there now.
