Enjoy downtown living on Story Street in Boone, Iowa, in a beautiful historic building full of vintage charm.… This furnished studio apartment is perfect for one person and will be available beginning August 1. It is approximately 500 square feet and restored in a vintage 1935 style with many original architectural features preserved. A beautiful queen size canopy bed with a new mattress will insure comfort for sleeping. There is a full kitchen with a full size stove, a microwave and a refrigerator. there are two closets and the apartment has a lovely dressing room.
This furnished studio is designed for comfortable day-to-day living and includes essentials such as cookware, tableware, cooking utensils and bakeware. Bed and bath linens can also be provided if needed.
Located downtown, the first floor of our building has a pizza house, a vintage men's clothing store and a salon. The 2nd floor has office spaces. The apartment is on third floor so there are lots of stairs to climb. We are close to restaurants, a local brewery, a grocery store, a bakery, a women's clothing store and several quaint little antique stores.
The city has a fantastic park, Mc Hose, covering several acres. There is a public swimming pool, tennis courts, baseballs diamonds, lots of hiking trails and picnic shelters. Boone is located just a few miles from Ledges State Park and Seven Oaks Recreation Area. There are also golf courses available.

Electric is paid by the renter. There are Free Municipal Parking Lots a block away.
Nine-month and twelve-month leases are available. Proof of employment and a security deposit are required. Monthly rent is $800.
