It is approximately 10 miles from Disney World, 35 minutes from SeaWorld, and 40 minutes from Universal Studios. Shopping and dining at Posner Park, along with convenient access to I-4 and US-27, make getting around straightforward. The ChampionsGate community boasts world-class golf courses and nearby theme parks.
Please note that pool service is weekly, and debris may be present after rain. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing between a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night stays or a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; initial supplies are provided, but not refilled during the stay. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 20 guests are accommodated at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited in the community. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep outdoor socializing quiet between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Trash must be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure, with failure to do so potentially resulting in fines up to $200. Damages must be reported immediately. The reservation can be terminated without refund if guests violate any house rules.
