ChampionsGate is a gated master-plan community in ChampionsGate, FL, offering a recreation-rich lifestyle with world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando's theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Travel is straightforward with close proximity to I-4 and US-27 freeways. The home is about 10 miles from Disney World, with SeaWorld roughly 35 minutes away and Universal Studios about 40 minutes away.
There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Pets are not allowed. Events are not allowed. Please be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Guests must use self check-in and check-out.
