The ChampionsGate community offers world-class golf courses, and nearby access to shopping and dining at Posner Park. Convenient access to I-4 and US-27 makes travel straightforward.
There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Any violation of the rules may result in fines, including up to $200 for failure to properly bag and dispose of trash. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Check-out time is 10 AM. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property.
