All utilities and Wi-fi are included in the price of the monthly rent. 1.) 1st payment can be via certified check or Venmo: This means that the initial payment (likely the security deposit or first month's rent) can be made using either a certified check or the Venmo payment platform. 2.) Remaining payments can be made by credit card with a 6% service fee or bank draft: After the initial payment, subsequent payments (such as monthly rent) can be made using a credit card, but a 6% service fee will be added to each payment. Alternatively, tenants can choose to make these payments via bank draft without incurring an additional fee.
