Free parking is available on premises and free street parking, along with an EV charger. Self check-in with a smart lock and a private entrance add flexibility for both short and long-term stays. The gated master-planned community provides a perfect blend of luxury and recreation, with championship golf courses and resort-style amenities. Nearby Posner Park offers a variety of shopping and dining options, and easy access to I-4 and 27 makes getting around effortless. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is a self-catering property and does not refill supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. Propane for the grills is usually provided by the guests; a propane tank is available to be filled up and used during the stay. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Damages should be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Check-out time is 10 AM. A dedicated workspace is available, offering flexibility for both short and long-term stays.
