This is a ground level two bedroom, 1 bath home with its own private patio. Fully equipped kitchen that is open to the living room. This home is located just one block from the University campus. NO NEED TO CALL! Some homes are available for self showings, while others will require a guided tour. The pet application is $25 each and if approved, there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 due at move in, and pet rent of $50 per month. *Management does not guarantee that your pet will be approved. MOVE IN COSTS: A holding fee of $1,000 is required to take the property off the market. This will be applied as a non-refundable administrative fee of $250 and a non-refundable carpet cleaning/cleaning fee of $750. First months rent and Security Deposit are required at move in.
