Located within one of Kissimmee's inviting resort communities, this home offers a quiet setting with easy access to the excitement of nearby parks and attractions. It's situated a short distance from the clubhouse and near plenty of dining, shopping, and world-famous attractions.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking and drugs are not allowed inside the home or on the property. Events are not allowed. Guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray due to Florida's climate. Pool heating and hot tub usage must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and incurs a fee of $35 per day of usage; additional fees may apply if notice is not given. Propane for the grill must be provided by the guest. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Up to 2 dogs may be allowed on property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on property should not exceed 3 per reservation. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure; failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules. Self check-in and check-out are available.
