This home offers ample space for everyone to spread out and settle in, providing a relaxed retreat within one of Kissimmee's most inviting resort communities. The home features a spacious living area with TV and heating and cooling amenities for your comfort. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and cooking basics, making meal preparation easy. A formal dining area and additional indoor and outdoor dining spaces allow for enjoyable group meals. For entertainment, a game room is equipped with foosball, air hockey, and pinball. A private swimming pool with a heating option is available. Pets are allowed, and long-term stays are welcomed. Free parking is available on premises for up to three vehicles. The garage has been transformed into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Pool heating is available for $35 per day, billed separately, with at least one week's notice required. Propane for the grill must be provided by the guest. Located in one of Kissimmee's most inviting resort communities, this home is a short distance from a water park, heated pool with a lazy river, fitness center, and a large clubhouse. Volleyball and basketball courts, a splash pool for kids, a hot tub, and various outdoor spaces are also available. The property is conveniently located near plenty of dining, shopping, and world-famous attractions. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Up to 2 dogs may be allowed on the property with a pet fee of $150 per dog. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Failure to follow trash disposal rules can result in fines up to $300. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. The grill is a propane grill, and propane must be provided by the guest. We cannot guarantee the propane tank will be full upon arrival. Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night reservations or choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Please respect the checkout time of 10:00 AM. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. Up to three cars may park on the street. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. A dedicated workspace is available when you need a moment to focus.
