Two-Bedroom Apartment in Quiet Building near S. 47th and Baltimore Ave.… 1/2 block from 34 (T2) trolley in one direction and 1.5 blocks away from 13 (T3) trolley in the other! Great location for the Baltimore Aver Dollar Stroll and the University City Porch Fest and near Fuwah and Vietnam Cafe.
Unit has a queen bed in one bedroom and one (or possibly two) twin bed(s) in the other bedroom. Plenty of storage, good light and a full sized eat-in kitchen. The apartment was updated about 6 years ago and briefly listed as an AirBnb before the pandemic. Most recently occupied by two graduate students and prior to that to a professor in the Penn community, who has since relocated. Currently furnished, but for the right tenant(s), we would consider removing furnishings, though this would not change the rent.
This is a quiet building with one other tenant on the 2nd floor while our family lives in the main unit. The main entrance to our building is shared, but each apartment has a separate entrance and is completely private and secure.
We are looking for tenant(s) who can honor quiet hours between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The 3rd floor apartment is completely private, but it is above 4 bedrooms so noise is a consideration at night.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and mini-split A/C systems throughout the apartment. Tenants are responsible for their own trash and recycling removal. It can be placed curbside for city trash/recycle curbside day (Wednesday). There is currently no laundry in the building, but there is a laundromat just around the corner. Owners are open to adding laundry at an additional cost.
