Lease terms

Signed renters are only allowed to stay overnight. No heavy parties or gatherings without the approval of the landlord as well as the co-renters. Renters are sharing the main areas such as the use of kitchen, living room, laundry, parking areas, and office areas. Every renters abide with privacy and respect to one another. No loud music, absolutely no smoking, no vaping, no heavy drinking and diffinetly no illegal drugs including marijuana (prescribe or not). If any of these rules are not followed, will automitacally grounds for eviction and still responsible to pay the whole contract. All renters are responsible to keep their rooms and general living areas clean. Abide with garbage days and subject to monthly house inspection with 3 days advance notice. Rent is due every first day of the month with 3 days grace period. You can pay the rent weekly if preferred. All renters must undergo credit and crimal background check.
