At 2,024 square feet, this home is near the Hays Farm shopping center for convenience. The school district is Mountain Gap elementary and Grissom High School. The bathrooms are classy! There is no carpet at all in the house, and the yard is completely fenced-in, so we are happy to host both pets and children. Smoking is not allowed! Landscaping is included in the rent, so not an additional charge. Pest control is also included in rent. There is a shed for storage along with a 1-car garage. Lease terms can accommodate month-to-month or annual with possible renewal. Renting by the room is also an option, so if you want to divide up rent between others, that is available! We are currently pre-screening tenants, as the home will be occupied until late-August.
